rock is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at support@rock.com. After that, changes may not be possible.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
rock is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
